I remember meeting this beautiful soul when Phylicia Rashad came to Richmond and she got on stage and when she opened her mouth to sing it was mesmerizing. She had on a yellow top and she was glimming with the presence of God upon her. I had the opportunity to meet her and she was so gracious and as I complimented her on her singing she was very humble. I can’t begin to understand what Pastor Chandler and His family as well her church family are feeling, BUT what I do know is God will be their comforter, He will hold every tear, calm any fears and give strength to them all during this time. Death may have taken her physically but the memories and love between them will never die, not even death could take that way. May love of God be your comfort and may His peace surround. Rest on beautiful soul and know your work here on earth has been completed and now rest with no more pain and know the seeds you’ve planted within your children will blossom and grow and love between you and your husband is eternal. β€πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Prayers and love going out you Pastor Chandler and your family. Lady C will be and is missed dearly. Her singing bought so much joy and comfort to many. She’s definitely the true meaning of warrior. If I didn’t learn anything else from her, I learned to never give up and keep faithful.

I could hardly believe that Lady C had passed on but I know how much God loved her and brought her unto Himself. She is now singing in the Heavenly Choir. My condolences to Pastor Chandler and her kids.
