Rosemary R. Harris, Esquire is a native of Richmond, Virginia. She has been a member of Cedar Street Baptist Church of God since the age of 9. She serves as the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Chandler. She is responsible for: maintaining Pastor’s daily schedule; managing his preaching and travel schedule; coordinating travel and hotel arrangements for guest preachers; management of pastoral expenses; and overall pastoral support.  Rosemary is well-equipped and trained for the job. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University in Black Church Studies and Marketing Management; she earned the Master of Arts Degree in Christian Leadership and Administration from Grand Canyon University; she is a member of the Virginia State Bar earning her J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law. At Cedar Street she has served as a Trustee and as the Church Attorney. She is currently a member of the Prime Timers Ministry and a Sunday School Teacher. She retired in 2004 from the Commonwealth of Virginia as Chief Magistrate for the 13th Judicial District of Virginia. Her favorite Scripture is Philippians 4:13- “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
